At Thrifts 4 Yuh, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return process. Customers can request a return within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition. All tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact. Returned items must show no signs of wear, perfume, deodorant, or stains. Any product that appears used or handled will not be eligible for return. Please note that vintage pieces require extra care, so we accept returns strictly for items that remain in perfect, unused condition.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photographs. We will verify the issue and assist you with a replacement or return at no additional cost. For all standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the issue is caused by us. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days, credited directly to your original payment method. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After packing or dispatch, cancellations are not possible. Our support team is always available to assist you throughout your return process.
